What do I do if my order doesn't turn up?
All parcels will be sent via tracked postage. This tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is confirmed and it will let you know when the parcel has arrived at its destination. Once it has been delivered, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve said item. you can track the progress of your order in our 'track your order' page.
What do I do if my order isn't right?
We have a refund policy where if the order is not correct due to size, or stated condition, Hype Radar NZ will happily refund or replace with a product of the same price. *Please note we do our best to describe an items condition but mishaps can occur where we do not notice small defects, refunds will be reviewed case by case and if the defect is glaringly obvious we will happily refund. Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind so please select carefully! All products have been measured, priced and assessed according to their condition, which our photos should show in detail.
How do I know I am buying a genuine product?
All clothing items have been expertly assessed as to their authenticity. Any products where authenticity cannot be guaranteed will be listed as either 'Bootleg' or 'In the style of' and the price will reflect this. Any product purchased that is proved to be inauthentic when it was listed as such - will be fully refunded or exchanged.
How long will my delivery take?
For New Zealand customers purchasing clothing, tracked postage can take up to 5-6 working days. For Australian customers please allow 10-14 working days.
For our jewellery, tracked postage can take up to 2-4 weeks, depending on your country.
