REFUND POLICY

if your clothing order is not correct due to size, or stated condition, Hype Radar NZ will happily refund or replace with a product of the same price. *Please note we do our best to describe an items condition but mishaps can occur where we do not notice small defects, refunds will be reviewed case by case and if the defect is glaringly obvious we will happily refund. Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind so please select carefully! All products have been measured, priced and assessed according to their condition, which our photos should show in detail.

We do not offer refunds if your items shipping time goes over the estimated arrival time, unless your item has been lost during shipping and your tracking is no longer being updated.
